American Indian model 45 Police Scout. This is a 750cc V-twin from 1927. First version of the 750cc Scouts with short frame. Short period made because at the end of 1927 this model was changed with the long frame into 101 Scout.
Rare appearance of an early Police Scout project. Unfinished restoration that was returned to the attic after years of use. Motorcycle is separately assembled to better see what is missing. I already bought all the missing parts... I thought. Missing parts at the moment are rubber handles, carburetor, magneto and tires and some small particles.
