French Terrot model M. This is a rare model with the English JAP 250cc engine. The 250cc was usually a 2 tact but they also had a more luxurious model and this one had the JAP 250cc side valve engine in the beginning and later their own engine. Strange you come across this one with the oil pump on the engine. Completely original and in original paint. With French papers. Engine starts and runs well. The smoking on the video is too much oil in the crankcase.
