This motorcycle has an interesting history Found in Indonesia at an old dealer. It was imported together with 10 other motorcycles in 1927 by a Chinese dealer Tjee and Lee and has never been sold. As usual 20 - 30 years ago this motorcycle has been repainted although it was not necessary. All the nickel is still original and from the writing on it you can clearly see that it has never been used, no wear anywhere. Also the brake pedal shows no wear at all. Exhaust was lost during restoration. This one has been made new but the bends were not right. By heating it to bend it, it has become discoloured. Exhaust has to be re-chromed. Except for the paint it will never come closer to an original and rare twenties sportsbike.
