BMW started building their first motorcycles in 1923. This was a 500cc side valve. Two years later in 1925 they made a sports model of it and this is the R37. With this model BMW had a lot of successes in the race. Rare and expensive motorcycle when it was only made for 2 years and only 152 of them were built. This is a top restoration of such a sports motorcycle that is in race execution. This one has the race steering wheel and as an option the odometer and rev counter. Motorcycle starts and rides well.
