When BMW started motorbike production in 1923, they were the well-known boxers. Soon (1925) they brought their first 1 cylinder on the market. This was a 250cc which was made from 1925 to 1927 and of which only 855 pieces were built. For most museums and large private collectors is this the most sought after model because there are only a few of this model known.
