When Val Page joined BSA in 1937, he made many changes. This Silver Star is a result of that. This motorcycle belongs to the top of the prewar BSA motorcycles. The standard model was the M22 a 500cc OHV for solo or sidecar riders. The M23 Silver Star was the Sport motorcycle with specially prepared engine. The M24 was the ultimate sport/race motorcycle.
This is such a sporty motorcycle in almost complete condition for restoration. Engine was started 2 years ago and runs beautifully.
