Nice project of a Harley-Davidson 43 WLC of the Canadian Army.

The Canadian Army ordered 10,000 Harley-Davidson's model WLC under the Canadian defense contract : C.D. LV1525. These were all made between Oct. 1942 and Feb. 1944. Only 8000 were delivered of which 3000 were for the home country and 5000 were for export to europe for the purpose of WWII. This is one such export model. This is a mock-up build to show what is there and what is missing. Engine and gearbox need complete overhaul and are not complete. Rolling chassis is in perfect condition (with many new parts). Missing parts of the chassis are the front wheel stand, cabling tree, brake, gas and front ignition cables and probably some more small parts.
