American Harley-Davidson Topper. This is a 1961 165cc 2 stroke scooter. Scooter is in original condition and is from an old famous collection. Needs to be restarted. Scooter was started with a rope like a lawn tractor and also has the Scootaway Drive system. This was a safety device that allowed the scooter to travel from a standstill only above 1800 rpm.
