Indian model 402 1931. This is a 1265cc 4 cylinder IOE.

In 1927 Indian bought up ACE and in 1928 made the Indian-Ace which in 1929 became simply the Indian 4 cylinder. This model, the flattanker was made until 1931 and in my opinion is the finest and most sought after 4 cylinder from Indian. This motorcycle has been used very frequently for tours for the last 40-45 years. Engine has been idle for last few years so could use an overhaul but starts and runs well.
