German scooter made by Industriewerke Ludwigsfelde (IWL) south of Berlin. Owned by Mercedes since 1991. This scooter is a 150cc was disassembled some years ago and the restoration was started but not finished. Now put back together to see if everything is there and fits. Looks completely complete and in good condition. Gas tank was leaking but it has already been repaired.
