French Monet Goyon model Z (Sport) from 1924. This is a 145cc 2stroke Villiers engine with belt drive. Model Z was the Sport version with separate oil tank, sport steering wheel, double sprung front fork and open exhausts. Nice basis for restoration with extra set of wheels.
