San-Sou-Pap

SS25

Barn discovery.

French San-Sou-Pap model SS25. This is a 250cc 2 tact Train engine. San soupap means without valves and that refers to the 2 tact engines they used in the early days. They started in 1923 in Patin in France and existed until 1936 but in 1929 they were bought by Rovin. From then on they also started building in 4 stroke engines.

Nice original condition. Faulty rear wheel but there is a wheel with it that can be used. Otherwise there are few missing parts and the engine has good compression.
