Gillet started building motorcycles in 1919. They brought out a 300cc 2 tact engine. This model was an immediate success. This belt driven motorcycle later became a 350cc. Because of the many successes a sports version was developed in 1922. Now with rotating inlet and chain driven. With this model many successes were achieved.
This offered Gillet is an old restoration that urgently needs some attention. Missing parts are: chain case, rear stand and some piping.
Original this one was sold to Riemersma in Eindhoven (NL) on 23/05/1928.
