There used to be an incorrect tire size designation. The tires 26x2 1/2 existed for a rim diameter of approximately 53-54 cm (most common) but there was also an older tire size indication 26x2 1/2 for a rim diameter of approximately 57.5 cm and a rim opening of 35 mm. This old tire size is finally back in production and now available.
